Something new. Coco and LED

2 gal pots. About 2 weeks veg. the 3oz is from 2 plants I chopped. There are 8 more, 1 hanging and 7 more still going. Should be a decent haul.

 

I'm with FF on this one. Seedbank catalog material for sure.


I assume one of those pics will be in the contest. Got mine beat all to hell!!!:good job:

Ahhh, makes much more sense now. I wasn't trying to bust your chops because those suckers look beautiful and they look solid.

Oh and one other thing. Finally got some Dabney crosses going. the original 3 I germed all cracked seed and started to grow but somehow I missed them and didn't water. So I did 3 more. Dabney x sweet tooth. All cracked. transplanted all going fine. Redid my veg area so they shouldn't be missed this time. So I will veg and sex, should be fem. Then see how each of the 3 do. Hopefully one is pretty good.

 

Hey Skunky, I have a question for you. What are your thoughts on the high end of your LEDs' potential? I'm thinking I can hit about .7 gpw first try with a 1 plant per square foot sea of green, but I've never tried LEDs before. Gonna run coco with the full Canna line. Does that sound reasonable? I know it's been a while since you saw what I can do, but I'm confident I could manage that with a HPS setup and am seeking assurance I'll transfer.

 

I'm honestly not sure. I could improve somethings and veg longer I'd say if you got things dialed in with good strains I'd think it possible to get about ~10oz per light of using a51 or onyx. First round with the xgs I pulled over 6.5 with 10 day veg. Second round with the rw and xgs I had issues with the dwc and pulled around close to 11. This time I'm on the track to ~14oz once they are all. Pulled. That's with ~340w led. Though that wattage includes fan power to cool and some driver loss do actually a little less maybe 320ish or so for light production. I would think if done right with the right area the right method the right strains the right grower 2g/w could happen. My 300 watts of LED covers a 2x4 more intensely than a 400 hps could ever dream. At 24" I have almost double the photosynthetic active radiation in my entire space even the far corners than I would have directly centered under a 400w hps at it's pennicle. I posted foot print data for the rw 150 in big buds thread in the advanced section.

So it continues to grow. I think I missed a post here. As of yesterday i was sitting at I think 6.7, would have to double check. Just weighted 1.6oz off tangerine to add to it. The little tiny podunk galaxy is ready today according to my charts I have setup for conditional formatting to automatically flag certain things. MIght be a 1/2oz... but I still have the Sweet tooth, the glass slipper, chunky diesel, and headband to take down. Along with a couple other solo cups.

I love excel. I use it for grow room schematics too.

 

I just use a spiral notebook.

 

Lmao right. I'm not sure why it does that with a blank input date. Everything has tailored formulas for each plants flower times. So you just put in your induction date it calculates everything else. Then also conditionally formatted so that when I'm within two weeks the cell turns yellow. Within a week green, tomorrow orange, today red. Out side those ranges the same color as the other cells in the strain block.

 

Oh and DXE what nutes are you running? These are made for canna nutes. But yeah I'll send you copies of the templates later when I have access to the laptop.

 

Doing some final cuts. So Last time I posted I was sitting at a total of 8.3oz. I cut 4 little solos that gave a total of 1.3oz. And the Sweet tooth was 1.4. So 11oz total. I have the Glass slipper is about to go in jars, about another oz. The Chunky diesel is hanging and the headband got chopped. Should beat that ~14oz+ mark I was looking for last time.

Well definitely beat my 14oz mark. Weighted the glass slipper again today and weighted the chunky. Still got the headband which should weight in right behind the chunky. Took down the last solo cups yeaterday. Those will probably be close to an oz, kinda hard to tell. They were all really small. But anyways. Glasss slipper weighted in at 46g, 1.64oz. And chunky was 58g, 2.07oz. So I'm sitting at 14.7oz total for right now. Headband looks like it will weight somewhere in between the GS and CD. So probably add another 2.5oz to that with the HB that's still hanging and the remaining solos by the time it's all said and done. Might still loose a little weight off the CD in cure but either way I should be right around 1lb dried and trimmed for this haul. Cannot not complain!


Here's come pictures of the room with a couple newer girls about 2 weeks or so in, the solos I cut, a picture of the cupboard currently, and the room with some fresh talent placed. Now with the cupboard pic mind you I have already given 3 ounces to a buddy of some of the Jamaican D and Sour diesel. There is an ounce or over in each of the 11 jars. :coolbounce:


Oh and decided to give that hotshot I had around a shot since i got some gnats buzzing around now.
