Upon asking my buddy about the Blue Dream, I was told that it came from an HSO bean. It is not the original clone only clone, but I was told that this was the one he chose after a lot of pheno hunting. Sativa dominant is a rare find in these seeds, and he chose out of several different S dominant phenos. I brought some home to smoke, and it totally rocked me!
One of my HSO Blue Dream seeds exploded in growth, and the other one just didn't germinate. We'll see what she does, though. I hear many mixed things about HSO.
Disco's Garden 7/22/2013 Here are the flowers at day 43 of 12/12. The Hawaiian Snow is finally showing some trichs which leads me to believe that they are going to take a long ass time to flower. I'm okay with this, though. They will have 2+ of their last weeks under the 600W HPS by themselves. I am going to start posting my pics in a new fashion. They will be blown up, so you can actually see them, since I know most people won't click on the pics to zoom in on them. So now, here they are... all up in your faces! I take everything I've got 10 weeks, so the additional waiting time with the HS doesn't bother me too much. It's got at least 5 weeks left...
Disco's Garden 7/29/13 Day 50 of 12/12 Here are the ladies beginning week 8 of flower. They are fattening up, nicely! They are going to be pumped with more nutes the next time around. Yeah, but then I'm going to have an empty flower room again... I wish I could just move and get my real operation going. This single 600w HPS crap is getting old! I want some real weight!
I have a friend in your area trying out vertical lighting. I'll let you know how much more efficient it is for him compared to horizontal. Only problem would be for a 6 you'd need a slightly larger room than you have right now for flowering so I don't know how feasible it'd be. Your results have come along so much man! It's impressive! Watching your progress has been just fascinating.
