Again, would you feel better if he asked for TM's ID before he shot? You yourself said he did nothing wrong except shooting a teenager....so was he suppose to id him first before he shot? At what point could he do that?


"Excuse me sir, can you kindly stop bashing my skull so I can check if you are of age of majority in our great state?"....... is that how you see it?


Would it have been better if he'd shot him a few months from now? Like the day after his 18th bday....that makes a difference to you?


You're stuck on this age thing for what reason I don't know. 17 aint a kid. 17 in my state gets you tried as an adult for EVERY VIOLENT OFFENSE....every last one. They try you as an adult. Hell they can try you at 16 they try you as adult if you committed prior felony....14 if it's capital murder.


So why are you stuck on this age thing?


And are you really against neighborhood watches? You like having people breaking into your neighbor's shit? Really I am absolutely confused by people that keep saying he should never have followed him to begin with. IF my neighbors were gerring robbed and their homes robbed while they are at home....and someone that fits the description that I had never seen before is LOOKING INTO HOMES!!!! Zimm never followed after the fact, it was a prior action that is TOTALLY NORMAL if you neighbors just got robbed by someone!!!!


And for shits sake, TRayvon may have been doing the robbing! Look at what he got caught with at school just before he went to Sanford (womens jewelry and screwdrivers) and his goddamn phone had pictures of more jewelry that he stole. WTF are you smoking my man? I'm going on a limb and saying the robbing stopped after he got shot...


I've been in a fight or two or three, or ten and I still carry a gun. Always have and always will. Very rarely have I ever thought I was going to use against someone....but I would without question to save my life or someone else's. You can die from getting hit wrong....you can defin die if someone is bashing your head into the concrete.


And for you to say something about rioting...really WTF?!?!?! You think all these other people getting hospitalized is ok? You tihnk if you happen to be a certain skin color people should just randomly beat your ass? Or stop you from getting to the doctors as you child is having an allergic attack? Is that ok with you?? You think all this property crime and HATE crimes is ok, because some punk that was robbing people picked the wrong person to sucker punch?

And Zimm said that's what he was doing while on the phone with 911, he wasn't walking down the street, he was cutting between houses. It's not like he said that after the fact either, during orig 911 call

They charge you as an adult because you committed actions like an adult. Age is just a number, if you are adult enough to put yourself in a situation, then you should be adult enough to handle the consequences. Think of like underage people having children, they shouldn't get a free pass on support, you committed the acts of an adult, you deal with the consequences as an adult would.


And Zimm didn't hunt him down because he was a black kid. Half the neighborhood was black and lots of them came to Zimm's defense. He was a kid that happened to be black wearing a hoodie like the other robberies and wasn't known to that area, like the ones that were committing the robberies. Race has nothing to do with it. If it was a white kid, without a doubt the same would have happened in my mind.


Did you read the transcript? He was asked which way is he going....Zimm was trying to find out, THEN he was told not to follow and Zimm stopped, finished his conversation with 911 and told officers where to meet him. On the way back to his car he was attacked.....everyone is actiing like that he was told not to follow then he started chasing the kid. That never happened at all. He never chased the kid, he never followed after being instructed not to.


And trayvon's background is relevant. If everyone is looking in Zimm's background, how is TM's not relevant? Specially when you look at what he was doing. The kid was robbing houses....there is no doubt about this. He was more than likely looking at houses to rob when Zimm seen him. I know that's assuming a lot, but when you look at Trayvon's background, and read the transcripts of the original 911 call and listen to the original interviews, that's a logical conclusion. How would Zimm know that the kid got busted with criminal tools and women's jewelry at school? How would he know that he had pictures like that on his cell phone?? Zimm couldn't of known that, but he did see him cutting through the backs of houses and checking them out. Put 2 and 2 together...perfect fit. No one wants to say that because TM's dead, but c'mon


About the rioters, I brought that up because LL said something about going out to riot. Anyone that thinks this is ok can explain to me who shooting Trayvon was wrong but beating people that had absolutely nothing to do with the case is ok. Or how breaking people's shit that has nothing to do with the case is ok.


And yes without a doubt, you threaten my family with violence and I will respond. Without a doubt, yes. I will never let harm come to my family if I can stop it. My sons are kids....not 17, they are little kids. For someone to act like they will my family because some person got shot that has nothing to do with me or my family...without a doubt I will defend them and have a jury of my peers judge me for it. Or is that ok for say a 17 y/o to beat a 5 y/o? because they are both children?


I never said anything about protesters, rioters...huge difference. You come to my house and break my shit, or back me in a corner and threaten harm to my children....yes without a doubt I will react. The safety of my family trumps a stranger's right to attack them.


You don't feel it's the slightest bit hypocritical to say violence against Trayvon is wrong because he was just walking home, but beating people and destroying the property of people that had absolutely nothing to do with the case is ok?
