Doubtful anything will come of this, the police would have already begun an investigation and charged him by now if it was credible. Allegations were made over a year ago. You cannot wait that period of time to investigate felonies unless you thought there was no credible evidence to support the charges.

so at the end of the day, was anyone's opinion changed at all by 26 pages of bitching and counter-bitching?

Truthfully, at the end of the day, did anyone budge somewhat on their position??

Or are we all so sure of ourselves that instead of listening to others views we just hardened our own?

26 pages? Damn, you need to condense that shit. I only got 7 pages of bitching here.

    And no problem, Lion ;)

It expanded my view so I see things more clearly. Do I believe the kid was a sweet young man like the media portrayed him? Hell NO!

So he may or may not have had it coming. Since there are only two people that really know the whole story and one is dead then no one may know the entire truth.

I think Zim over reacted and went after him. at some point the Gang kid decided to kick his ass, and then at some point Zim shot him either during the fight or right after his ass whipping. I think both were in the wrong.

Otherwise I really do not care. :redbong:

Change my opinion? Kid gets trailed by a strange man. Wrong. Kid attacks strange man. Wrong. Strange man gets his ass kicked by a kid. Oh well. Strange man shoots kid. Wrong. Did the kid deserve to die? Not this time. Nope my opinion pretty much remains the same.

mine didn't change much either, bad situation all the way around, but don't think Zimm broke any laws....kinda hard pressed to say he broke any moral issues either. It's not like he knew the kid was 17 and still that matters very little in my book.

    Did you watch the video?

    And MrG,

Nice to hear your opinion on a hot button issue. We all know you have to stay out of threads like this for obvious reasons and sorry that you had to step in on this one. But reasonable people can disagree, it's nice to have a heated debate every now and then :)

AS BLACK people, We have to say to you Mrgreenjeans...........We agree

Zimmy did what he had been doing for quite a while, profile "suspicious" people and call to the real cops to play protector of the area. He had called on numerous people in the past, and none of them ended on top of him. He ran into a Miami gangbanger-in training who was going for his first teardrop and Zimmy instead of taking the ass whooping fired his weapon. Had he not fired, Brother Tray would be in the county, on lockdown fighting a case(aggravated assault, perhaps attempted murder) and with a rep.

The jury did what they had to, shit if someone is on top wearing your ass out and you don't shoot them, then when do you ??

Not sure how you missed it,......... actually from your history of past statements, we should understand, but the gentleman lived in Miami and was visiting his father in Sanford 6 hours north, while on suspension from school.

I was suspended from school a bunch of times......yet I seemed to succeed BRO, talk from an actual view from where a so called "screwed up kid" comes from and then maybe you or anyone would understand my words and view points....ive also read your garbage writings too, not impressed alike my dude:321fu:

sanfords where he was born and raised till his parents split, kid lived in Miami for 3 years, stayed with his dad in the summers as well, get yer crap strait before you barf more out

and Nip, it was one of the points that was argued in court, not on FB....and Ive never had a FB in my life, cant even log on

  20. nippie

    nippie preachin' and pimpin'

Didn't see that in court. I seen some thing on facebook about how he was a perfect student though floating around. It failed to list that he was caught defacing school property and when searched had jewelry and bulg tools on him.

I know what you are saying, I really do. I wasn't opie taylor either, and at some point in my past, if I would have been killed, it may have been justified....not now though cause I do the right thing, if that makes sense. Just like Trayvon could have done something in the future, but at the moment in his life, he was a fuck up heading down the wrong road....I think you know what I am saying...cause I think you are like me and faced that same road and made the decisions to do what's best for ourselves. Trayvon either didn't hit that fork yet or he made the wrong decision, either way he paid with his life.

Lesson learned is not to be a punk...same thing as I will tell my kids. Same as I was told about turning around in driveways in the country and someone coming out with a shotgun....well that just happened too.

We all know right from wrong, when we are young, we just don't care because we are 10' tall and bullet proof.

Hopefully you can at least understand were I am coming from, because I think you know what I am saying
