The fact Zimmerman didnt testify is gonna come back haunt him i seriously think.If im on that Jury then im thinking "show me who you are,forget who your defence say you are,SHOW ME". When the rest of your life is on the line YOU MUST TESTIFY TO DEFEND YOURSELF. Hes screaming self defence in a trial and the one chance he got to defend himself and he refused..... always looks dodgy even though hes not obliged.

One thing dont like is the prosecutor showing pictures of his hand and saying "would TMs hand look like that if he had pummelled a man" . Thats bullshit cos a few guys who pummelled me had no hand injuries,dont mean shit!

The prosecutor just hit a homerun to the jury with the point about "This case isnt about stand your ground,its about stay in your car like you were told too" then just to make sure he hit a homerun he drops "Zimmerman has changed his story in different statements". Im a juror and zimmerman has refused to testify when theres questions raised,hes gone. You cant be accused of and not defend that shit in a case like this. My final verdict on this is hes gonna get a Guilty. Not saying he should but hes getting it. There'll be no free tv's in Liberty City tonight:tvlaugh:

Yeah but a Jury is part direction from the judge and part "whatever the fuck they wanna make of it". Theres been many perverse jury decisions. He'll get his appeal and maybe do a few years in jail then win his appeal. That sounds about fair to me.Plus hes gonna have to dodge the black community for quite some time.
