Does the gov give the pot out or they just ok you to smoke it and you gotta find/grow your own?,,, does any one have a picture of a good medical pot shot?
The US government does not 'give the pot out' nor is the Federal government OK with people smoking it. If you really give a damn read through the pages of history and legislation necessary to answer your very broad questions. Would you consider this 'good medical pot'?
i'd have to try it first... i'm not really sure yet... hmmmm, one more... not quite... .......... oh damn, where am i? i have no idea what's going on. YES
llIndigoll says , "Smoking that much marijuana could kill you, or at least cause enough brain damage to render you a vegetable. " And later says ,"if you really give a damn read . .." LOL . Shame on you . BTW I'm an Oregon resident and Medical user . But the laws are pretty restrictive here . What is it llIndigoll , 3 in flower 4 in veg per patient ? Damn well leaves a SOG'er outta luck . And I've often wondered when the records of "card holders" are gonna be siezed by the feds . Kinda like saying come get me when the time comes . Nah , I ain't registered , even though my wife and I both qualify . I'll fight it if and when the time comes . But in the meantime I ain't leaving a trail of breadcrumbs for those bastards to follow to my doorstep . Don't tell anyone is the first step to security .
Again Strato, to each his own. Why are you digging up old posts of mine? Looking for something Three plants in flower and 4 in veg per patient is correct. Depending on the number of people you provide for a SOG may or may not be right for you. It is not right for me because of my grow space limitations. As per the 'list' I don't pose any kind of threat to the Federal Govt. compared to illegal cultivators that sell their buds under the table. I also believe that the more people that begin using the state MMJ laws the closer we come as a nation to decriminalized marijuana, but I'm only saying that because I'm in an optimistic mood. to GrowKind Strato, and greetings to a fellow Oregonian...though I'm not a native to this state. You say you have been harvesting for 30 years? Nice to have an old-timer in our midst. We all need guidance.
The Canadian gov. gave me a license to grow 49 plants indoors my dr. wrote down 12 grams a day for glaucoma I see so little due to blindness it is very very hard to grow, clone, etc.and the cost to grow is pretty hard on the pocket book
No , llIndigoll , I wasn't looking up your posts . As you can see I'm new here . And thanks for the welcome BTW .And as stated , I'm a med patient and this was a likely stop for me . And this may have been started a long time ago but the most recent post was only days old , and about Oregon Medical , so I thought I had something of use to say about OR and the LAW . about picking on you , but you sounded like the DEA propaganda or the pulpit pounders when you said "Smoking that much marijuana could kill you, or at least cause enough brain damage to render you a vegetable. " . I take it that was tongue in cheek . Again sorry , it bugs me when stuff like that is said , even in fun . As a fellow med user and caretaker you may understand why . Must admit I like the optomistic mood . And I'm an optomist about Oregon Law , but not the feds . It's been a long time since the feds had any respect for states rights . Jefferson and Adams have been long dead , and so are their ideals , as far as D.C. is concerned . As to "compared to illegal cultivators that sell their buds under the table." I might remind you of all the med patients that are jepordizing the program by doing the same thing . It's rather rampant , we know it , and it isn't doing the cause any good . I know a small group who were rather blatant about it , and the local top-cop (who was OK with it) just resigned . I wouldn't want to be in their shoes right now . He had everybody's info I'm sure . So how does the next guy handle it ? We'll see , but I'm glad to be off the radar screen . Matter of fact it was because of this local "legal" activity that I want nothing to do with the med people running around acting like it's completely legal when it's not . I guess a few decades of pot-paranoia and distrust of my government (and fellow pot-heads) are hard to shake off . Just my thoughts . about the rambling nature of the post .
