Damn that's a shit load of bud!! I'm a big Promix fan, I've used it for at least 6 years. It neutralizes my tap water perfectly. I rarely have to adjust the Ph, only when I've used a good portion of recycled that was flushed pretty heavy. Looks great, more pics when they're budding so I can dream some more. Be Cool, CG
Yup I love premix, I can't remember the last time I checked my ph, don't even know where my ph pen is. I will probly get another one and use it through the summer just to make sure though. With All the money that is going into new dirt I can't afford to do anything wrong this year.
With those 45 gal pots that's like a 1 1/2 bales each. Here they're $42 a bale so those containers can get pretty expensive. That's one reason I recycle a good portion, and use it in my outdoor flower beds. Otherwise I'd have used soil running out my ears. But I guess there where it's legal a pickup load of used soil doesn't wave any red flags like here. Be Cool, CG
A bail dose one 45 gal and one 12 gal pot, it $27 a bail here at the greenhouse supply but $32 at hydro stores. I till all the old dirt in the ground to fluff it up I got hundreds of gallons of used dirt to till in this year.
Just an update with some pics, everything looks great. They really started goin full swing a couple days ago, they are 3 weeks 1 day in. white dream on the left and purple trainwreck on the right. The white dream is about 8.5 Ft right now. purple trainwreck the trainwreck always develops faster. Medi bud this is gods gift, just starting to develop and already frosty. a few pics showing some of the flowers I sell to. Everything in the little green pots are zinnias, I only meant to get a few hundred of them and ended up with 1150 of them, luckily a friend took half of them for me.
Man, that is a full time job! Those girls are about to crowd out the petunias. I love my flowers, guess that's where I got the green thumb. Do you use the promix for the flowers as well or something more customer friendly with some organic or time released nutes? I use recycled promix in all mine and feed them 'well' cause it's not like standard potting mix. Be Cool, CG
I use promix HP for the meds and promix BX+ for the flowers. The flowers get 200 ppms of jacks 5-40-20 every watering and some Epsom salts because I recently got a 1550 gal ressy and pumped the melting snow into it, the ppms of water out the well is 800 and the flood water has been 160 to 315.
they are 7 weeks 2 days in and looking pretty good. a couple of them didn't get the bud size they should have im guessing the light may have gotten a bit to long. next year I am going to put them in 2 weeks earlier.
how do you guys with the good cameras get your pictures on here? I got a good one but the pics are to big right off the camera and when I resize them to make them small enough to load on here the quality isn't as good, I can usually zoom in and still see clear but not once they are on here.
Dude that is an amazing garden and those are great pics. I use photobucket to upload my pics using a fake e-mail and account. I am no good at resizing pics. the software I used to use is outdated and I refuse to learn new software out of principal. nice garden!!!!!!! :good job:
