I really like these Waterfarm units so I started 2 white widow from seedin one. These 2 were started in rockwool and once they were 1" tall I put them in. These are Dutch Pasion White widow feminised so wish me luck.
Good luck! :angel8: What did you grow in your first hydro grow? Do you have pics of it? I'm experimenting w/ hydro right now... so I always like to see people's setups.
Here are some pics, http://www.growkind.com/forum/showthread.php?t=23607 And here is my setup. /monthly_2006_12/room.jpg.26c19a080d1fce8a869205ee138cde31.jpg
3 more days, and there starting to take off nicely. /monthly_2006_12/57a6c9285a4af_dec21sml002.JPG.b0658150737cc75778548c173995a49d.JPG
They are taking to the waterfarm very nicely and growing fast. Good Job! How many of those units do you have? I remember that you have a few that have been flowering for a while now. Is that one controller working all the buckets (Veg and flower)?
I have 9 units total. The Ww is in its own so its gets veg nutes, currently at 300 ppm Ill prob up that a bit more soon.
good luck. Out of all of the strains that I have grown, the Dutch Passion femminised White Widow has been the most consistent yielding strain. best growth and some of the best buds. I think you'll like it. I got 1 male out of a 10 pack of femminised seeds.
Updated picsHere they are a little over two weeks old in the waterfarm.Got them in a new veg area. /monthly_2006_12/57a6c92935c6c_dec26007.jpg.d0f263c5007960d3ae1e1d628b694900.jpg /monthly_2006_12/57a6c9293a556_dec26008.jpg.7ba335abdc3e743ee0602ae7866a8714.jpg
looks good dude!! from here on they'll grow suprisingly fast. just wait till the're a month old. i used bubble buckets and they went crazy. towering over the plants in soil. i'd heard that the hydro pumps them up and fast but never expected the rate i saw. i'm a believer now!! keep us up on the progress. peace, CG
12 Days latterHad A PH spotting issue but is corrected and plants look good.Soon ill be taking clones to sex and veg for when the first grow is finished.:icon_bounce: /monthly_2007_01/57a6c92beda45_Jan7sml018.JPG.32cba57e3d22b88386dee6f41daa345b.JPG /monthly_2007_01/57a6c92c01c49_Jan7sml021.JPG.a14cfeb028b485cae22e8746d4eaa6d3.JPG /monthly_2007_01/57a6c92c07a42_Jan7sml022.JPG.059a78bc9a830640219aad4878d404cb.JPG
i tried to use my waterfarm 8 pack but for some reason the PH was fluxing out of control and i couldn't get it to work well. i broke down the system and custom built a new system using the waterfarm top buckets. its pretty sweet. looking good. you should see some sick yields.
excellent start, growdude! i have several waterfarms and have had great results, but i prefer 5-gal buckets over them. you're asking a lot from the 3-gal capacity waterfarm, especially with 2 plants in each one. i sure hope you drilled out some larger holes in the bottom of the top section, as you are likely to have so many roots that they'll "stop up the drain". i have also grown DPWW many times, so i know you're going to be pleased with the product! your pictures are really influencing some of our dirt growers to try hydro. good growing, my friend!
The two plants are from seed so im going to be takeing clones from them thats why there are 2 in one. I prob. will just keep the female as a mother. I have not done any drilling to them on either grow but I am really impressed by how big of a plant these things can grow. in my first hydro grow, " http://www.growkind.com/forum/showthread.php?t=23607 " I let the plants get too big before flower, and now are 4' tall and have huge staulks, But I have had no problems so far and only have a couple weeks left before harvest so wish me luck and thanks for the encouragment.
gotcha! i wasn't fussing at ya, growdude - i did the same thing my last grow (2 seeds in one bucket).
Well its been some time now but the mothere are sexed, both are female :icon_bounce: My clones had a rough time as they got some nute burn and my PH was off but they are now in the waterfarms and new growth is looking good. /monthly_2007_02/57a6c9387f17d_Feb19sml015.JPG.0a539a835aefdb8999aef89ef071a4e2.JPG /monthly_2007_02/57a6c93885bfc_Feb19sml016.JPG.29d7f0c32bf5ed364aa2f43f57febadb.JPG /monthly_2007_02/57a6c9388dd3e_Feb19sml018.JPG.ac3ea753689a9a8f3fcd44cc9bb124f2.JPG
