4th Outdoor Summertime Grow

dude that is an incredible harvest! Have you thought about making hash out of the trimmings?

No it wont last me to next fall... but it will last me quite some time.


No help on the harvest really, i did it all myself pretty much. Its relaxing....drink a few beers, leave the radio on and just snip away for a couple hours.


Yeah ive thought about making hash but i never do. This year 2 buddies of mine who grow as well outside suggested we throw all our clippings together and make some oil. I dont know how, so im letting him do it. The thing is one of those guys grew some monster plants (same clones as mine, but his were waaay bigger), but unfortunetly for him they went hermie and didnt grow any flowers. He had his planted next to a large factory and i think all the orange halogen lights fuck it all up. So im gonna let them have most of the oil or whatever they are gonna make up.


And grat, yeah ill stick around in the off season, its just i wont be on "AS MUCH" due to not updating anything.


Oh yeah, they are starting to smell fucking badass! The smaller stickier bush smells like a bowl of frootloops thats been sitting out for too long. Kinda like a heavy fruity smell. :fly: :fly:

 

Another season done


Great grow, Dan!......... brings a tear to my eye to see all of these outdoor grows ending (means old man winter is just around the corner )


Will be looking for your 5th grow in the Spring


Only thing I will add is I wouldn't pack the buds so tightly in your jars.

 

Yeah i know. They actually arent packed in real tight. They are very fluffy nugs and they are sitting in there nice and light, its just that its all so sticky it maintains the shape of the jar.


I air the jars out everyday though, so im sure they'll be just fine.

Finally cleaned up the rest of the spot this afternoon.


Snipped off all the tiny little bud sites i left behind and got a nice little pile.

It was pretty tough to rip this sucker out of the ground.





After the dirt was shaken off. Not the biggest ive grown, but still good.





A few nugs from the smaller STICKY bush. This shit is ridiculously sticky...and if you dry out a nug it goes rock solid. I love this shit. The buds from the 2 larger bushes are pretty damned good as well. Smells more dank and is really springy and puffy. Very sticky as well, but not as much as the other.
