I cant say that i have ever seen this but 3 out of my 8 are showing sex already..... If i could get a damn picture trying to take one with my iphone and the HPS light it 10 times worse than the MH . I also added a Co2 bag , its supposed to release 800-900 ppm in a 4x4 area which it what i have. and said to last 4 months. The one thing i was debating was to hang the bag like it says to do or just put the bag on my floor since i have an updraft from my fan. another thing i just noticed was the mecury 4 fan controller wont turn on to it day setting, it still thinks it nighttime and idles . Has anyone had this problem before? Im going to take it back to the local shop tomorrow and see if i can upgrade to something that will. thanks guys
NVM about the fan, Im guessing the hps take more power to run or somehting, the light and my fan were on the same plug outlet, i switched it, and it works fine now... this is after i re routed the controller to be lower in the room because i thought it was the light. Im just gonna leave it where it is for now. if things start getting in the way ill move it.
Your plants are looking good. Quick question though, is that the screen you were talking about right up against the light? I seriously doubt your plants will touch it if you leave it that high up. If the do, it will be the tips of the buds. IME, if you have flipped already, your screen should be about an inch or two above the plants so you can weave the tops through the screen as the plants stretch. That is, if your planning to use the SCROG method, if not what are you using the screen for?
Upate: This wednesday will be 3 weeks, If you saw my post in the beginner lounge i had a male/hermie whatever u wanna call it in the bunch, after that i noticed another one was showing the same signs so i pulled them both, i would love to have a little spot i could have thrown they outside to see how they did but im just to nervous about doing that. So sad to say but only 5 remain. which actually might be a good thing, having 7 in the tent causes a space issue and now these 5 should be able to grow out real nice. Next grow i will be using 3 gallon pots, and try to keep them all smaller!! anf a off topic question, how do u guys take pics of your plants in a flowering room, my damn camera makes those wavy lines. thanks guys!
I turn off the HPS growing lights. In my flowering closet, I have a couple of normal fluorescent lights that I can turn on when I need to do some work in there.
Well a little over 3 weeks everythings going great. Rooms nice and stinky buds are stickyalrwady great resin production ladies are chunking up pretty good. This pic sucks but I'm going to get some good ones tomorrow morning right when the light turns off
Ok finally some good porn, none of that soft core fuzzy stuff you used to watch on your parents tv Plants will be 4 week into flowering wednesday. Only one is showing a real problem. (K) deficiency but ive given it a good full dose of my nutes. Ive also added a one room dehumidifier yesterday to just help with any unwanted humidity . At this point i know what i need to change for my next grow and its not to much, I will be ditching my 6" passive intakes and Dust shrooms filters for 8" of the same. putting one 6" filter and duct on the top 8" inlet of the tent. And then closing the flaps that are on the bottom of mmy tents. Right now the flaps have a home furnance filter on them. But i just want the piece of mind that alsmost all the air now is truly filtered. thats all i have to do, not to much! now porn , porn , porn , porn
By any chance the plant in the back right corner a papaya? Hopefully you find a pheno worth a fuck. Not to rain on your parade but we grew out 50 papayas and there were pretty much all worthless, worst excuse for a strain ever. Tasted like shit, looked decent while growing but after the chop looked like shit and were very sparse for the conditions. Was a complete waste of time and other than use there were two other guys I knew that grew it with the same shit results and all of us ordered from different banks. Ak48 has some pretty good phenos for sure, but IDK what the deal was because the papaya was bunk ass bull shit worse than bagseed. Hopefully that's not your outcome as well.
yea she is! well see how it goes i have 5 or so seeds left of papaya and they might just sit in the safe who knows time will tell!
Thanks guys, they are all sick,(execpt for the fat skywalker in the middle) shes a little but not to bad but hopefully they will pull through, with all the great advice on this site hopefully they will. they just got flushed out and drying out now as we speak. tomorrow they will get a feeding with my nutes along with some blackstrap molasses and well she how these ladies like it!
