If it gets to the point that I have draw my weapon, it depends on why I drew it as to where I'll shoot you, one in the head to stop the situation or one in the left side of the chest if I want to tell you why I shot you while your on the way you to meet your maker. In the case of terrorist, definitely the chest shot so he can see this infidel pissing in his face on his way to meet the virgins that await him.
