That is indeed strange. What is with the "Unknown Comic" ? Is a Helium voice really necessary? As it stands now the punishment for growing any Marijuana outside of Medical is 18 months in Prison and is a Felony. At least AUMA changes that for us all. I watched the whole video and "Helium voiced Paper Bag Headed Man" can only have one reason to hide and that is if it fails he is a hero and if it passes he can walk among the rest of us and not get jeered because we won't know who he is. Also I got from watching that video was Ms Pepper is upset that it makes more legal problems for already established Marijuana industry. They will have to share the markets. They will be taxed more. Does AUMA stop a person who is in medical need from obtaining Marijuana? No proof of that was offered.. It does seem to be a conversation on the struggle for the marijuana money and the marijuana market. Yes, it is a privilege for recreational use and cultivation. It has to be. Having a drivers license is a privilege too. No one is going to amend the Constitution of the United States to make Driver's licenses a Right. No one made alcohol a right under the Constitution either. It's a fantasy that Marijuana industry will become a constitutional right. It's a controlled substance no matter what it's classification! Is there a Magic Pill California can take and everything is equal and fair on anything especially Marijuana? Anyone? Saying no on 64 is not the answer this time around the legalization tree.. If anyone can show how we can get the panacea (a solution or remedy for all difficulties or diseases) initiative written, funded and placed on the Ballot then voted into law please step forward and lead us. Simply voting no is not a step towards National Legalization. Look how far we have come against the laws and Governments we have faced. Establishing a State Marijuana industry yes AUMA does trespass on those already in the Marijuana Business but they are a closed club. What about access to commerce for the rest of us? As for having 100 pounds in your house you grew well that is an awful lot but having a selection in air tight jars from times before that add up to pounds might be akin to a Wine collection. To prove in court that one grew say X Pounds a simple DNA test can take care of that. As always a pile of weed being packaged into individual packets is mighty suspicious to the police.
