So how does this taste? I looked on wiki said something about adding poppy seed as well? Weed infused chocolate milk would spell the end of my productive life. Im the only adult male I know that would still take a chocolate milk over a beer any day. Imagine if it got me high too. Am I on to something here or am I just way behind?
Bhang ala Res: 1 quart half and half (1/2 whipping cream 1/2 2% milk) 4 cinnamon sticks 10 whole cloves 1 tsp nutmeg 1 tsp vanilla extract 4 tbsp honey 1 oz popcorn buds, buds, or, 4 oz trim leaves Add it all to a sauce pan and put over very low heat for 45 minutes-1 hour stirring occasionally DO NOT simmer or allow to boil. Set aside to cool. Strain the mixture through a cheesecloth and store in the fridge. Make a pot of black tea (coffee works well when you want to stay awake) For serving mix 2 parts tea to one part canna milk in a cup. Sweeten to taste with honey if you desire. Sprinkle ground nutmeg or cinnamon on the surface. Taste is similar to chai as long as you do not simmer the milk mixture. Too much heat or too long over heat and you get a heavy canna flavor. Makes for a very psychedelic experience with huge amounts of time disassociation. WEEEEEeeeeeeeee! btw...Nestle's Qwik goes well with if you want to drink the milk mix straight.
You either need a tincture to add to the beer during it's final fermentation process or add product near the same towards the end. It isn't hard. It is science.
Easy enough to do, but not necessarily a good idea IMO. THC and alcohol can be a volatile and sometimes sickening mix. I dunno. I like beer more than I should, and I like ganja but I think I would be scared to drink THC infused beer. asssit:
