Yes, the united states are incompetent, killing thier own people by the dozen.. but, as much as im against the war, you cant stop it.. we've already dug ourselves into the shithole, trying to get out would just bury the rest, think of all the towns that were captured, where people were celebrating, of the people who spoke out against the goverment.. they would most definitly be killed..think of the soldiers that died.. thier deaths would be in vein....the most we can hope for now, is for the USA to get thier **** together, quit killing themselves, learn how to fly thier helicoptors, and get **** done quickly, with lots of people surrendering, and not dieing

You may not remember VietNam but I do. The things they've said about saddam are the same things they said about Ho Chi Mihn. Gov'ts have to create a monster to justify the expense and loss of life of a war. How about if jr. and saddam and other counties in the region sit down at a table and try to work things out (which is what we shoulda done first). Tell saddam to stop mistreating his people, and if any of the weapons we sold him ever turn up in anyone's else's hands we'll kill him AND the horse he rode in on. I wonder how many wmd we sold the new gov't in Afganistan?
