Need better pics. Embed them. Can't see nuthin.... I would wonder if he DIDN'T have the same K issue. Same pheno of LT, same soil mix.
Right right Ras but look at his pic from week three & tell me if you see early signs of k deficiency. Isn't curling up around the margin of a leaf indicate a potassium issue?
I noticed that week 4 was where some of my strains starting showing K deficiency with this soil mix. I added a tsp Epsom Salt per pot and started using Molasses at week 5 and things looked a lot better. My issues seemed to be Mg based more than K, but I've heard that it can work hand in hand. I also underfed mine in nutrients, so that could be something too. It's not the Lemon Thai, but still... the ones that can handle a little more definitely have shown it!
My thoughts exactly, add to that he fact tht he doesn't need to use any ph up and you can pretty much rule out rhe use of earth juice natural up as the cause of my issue.
Good point. Now that you mention it I do have a small JBKO kush in a 5" pot that's doing just fine flowering along side of the LT. If the LT wants more K I'll know soon enough, same goes it has too much.

I already have my 2 trim_wenches booked for Friday but I am sure I can find another chair at the table for you!!!! asssit:
The mix is horribly sensitive to MG and Ca ratios. Been trying to iron that one out for years with varying levels of success. Best I've come up with is substituting some of the lime with greensand for added K and to reduce the Ca available. I've also started playing with this. http://www.lillymiller.com/msds/alaska/MSDS_Alaska_by_Pennington_All_Purpose_Fertilizer_6-4-6_Item_No_100504562.pdf It's pelletized, which sucks, but I mixed it with water in a gallon jar then let soak for a day or two before adding to a base Promix. Think I may have found a shortcut that actually works. So far in the test garden I've yet to hit a snag and it's been in use for 8 weeks.
So you add this when you first wet the soil after mixing the batch, or just use this? I've got the Neptune's Harvest soil ammendment that I added to this last batch. Is that close to the same thing?
Neptune's is my go to and has been for ages. Just trying shit out and these Alaska all purpose pellets are doing great for vegging. Just mixed the wet batch of soaked pellets into a pile of Promix and planted. They broke right up and integrated well. Both products use fish emulsions and seaweed. Don't know if Alaska uses a cold emulsion process or not. Neptune and Dramm both do. It's simply a better process for retaining full nutrients. But hey, if a product makes my life easier and actually works I'm for it.
