Can they do ANYTHING?? Give advice, help with growing?? I'm hitting up google right now, but I figured I'de ask some more educated people first. THANKS!! -FEEDBACK GETS PAID BACK!!:thumbs-up:
This is the California caregiver application. It does not ask any questions about being a convicted felon. http://www.cdph.ca.gov/pubsforms/forms/CtrldForms/cdph9042.pdf As far as working in or being any part of a licensed dispensary is concerned, no felony convictions are allowed (this law has just recently been put into affect I believe). If you have any you will not get licensed. Here is a link to a place that will train you to become an mmj caregiver. http://mccdirectory.org/caregiver_training.lasso
Co. MMJ laws I was watching cnbc last nite and they were saying that in colorado, as long as its been over ten years since your felony(nonviolent), you can caregive or whatever!!
