Felons and MMJ!!

    I am trying to find out the specific laws that state exactly what convicted felons can and cannot do involving MMJ in thats CALI!!! Are they allowed to work at a dispenserry or be a caregiver. Can they do ANYTHING?? Give advice, help with growing?? I'm hitting up google right now, but I figured I'de ask some more educated people first. THANKS!!

    This is the California caregiver application. It does not ask any questions about being a convicted felon.

    As far as working in or being any part of a licensed dispensary is concerned, no felony convictions are allowed (this law has just recently been put into affect I believe). If you have any you will not get licensed.

    I was watching cnbc last nite and they were saying that in colorado, as long as its been over ten years since your felony(nonviolent), you can caregive or whatever!!
