Two weeks in solo cup after rooting and four weeks in the fabric pots for a total of 6 weeks. They were topped three times.

Herb, here's my defoliation schedule. The day I remove all the fan leaves the first time is the same day I change the light timer so it starts 12/12 the following morning. This causes the plants to push out more flowering sights and allot of new growth. I wait 3 weeks into flower and remove all the fan leaves one more time. The reason I wait three weeks is because by then the plant is done stretching and pushing out leaves. By removing fan leaves at his stage allows more light to get to the bud sights It does add about a week to flowering time, but the end result is more flower and less leaf trim. All the leaves that push out and fill out some after the second defoliation have Trichomes on them and are turned into BHO or Shatter.

First time I seen it done, it was a shock. I thought, man thats too much. But the proof is in the pudding. Thats for sure.

Got a client juicing high CBD strains. Tastes like shit. They seem to enjoy the benefits though.

    Defoliating still freaks me out.

I must say I'm still on the fence. I've been reading a LOT of info both pro and con for this method and I'm just not sold yet. I see good and bad for it. Since I need a good harvest this round to fill my coffers I may wait until a future grow to test this method out for myself. Not saying it's good or bad.....I'm just going to continue to research and go from there. I always say...If it works for you....use it.
