If it were me I would leave the calender on the bottom with the hearse and change the month to the month he died and mark the date.

I had not posted earlier because I did not want people to think I was disingenuous. We had sometimes butted heads but I realized eventually it totally was never personal. We recently even had a good talk. This is very sad. He was just trying recently to find his joy in life a little more. I am so glad his dogs are being taken care of, I know he cared more about them than anything. I am going to make a donation to his SPCA. This is very sad, he was so young and just starting to make it through some trials of his own and be happy. You just never know. I am so glad we had a good talk recently, he was a good person. His avatar is always going to be sad here. He was a force and after I understood his personality a little more I really got a laugh out of a lot of his posts. I just had to 'get' him better and I just recently did. Rest in paradise dude

Canna, I'm glad you chimed in. I'm glad you finally "got" him. If only you saw so a long time ago, you could have had a lot of laughs. He was a very good dude. Even if you still didn't get him it would have been cool to say something. Even irratating relatives get greaved.

No, no worries at all. I had been gathering my thoughts and thinking exactly what to say. I did get him, it was just recently. I wish it was sooner. And it was not always very bad or anything, we were fine for a long time here before there was anything sour...and it really was not all that bad even when it was tense. But yeah we talked about...2 months ago or so? Not sure, it was a little before he made that post about changing his life around and being happier, that is the really sad part That he has to pass away right after that

Your comments are interesting but its funny how one depicts his personality on a internet site. To be truthful with you his real personality if you knew him was completely differant. Once a friend it was permanent and he would have given anything he had even at times when things were going hard. The major part of his life was the boys and his parents. I shared experiences with him while he was walking the boys. I miss his laugh and his company. It was a pleasure to know him personally.
