Yeah I'm being held on the evading ... just a formality at the moment. Three Sheriff's showed up and asked for the guns. I told them they were upstairs and asked them if they would like me to bring them down, or if they would like to come in and get them. I told them to take off their shoes too ... Came upstairs, bullshitted with me about the guns and how they love their Glocks and Sig Sauer's, and wanted to get the Armalaser like my Glock has... then they kept admiring the ACOG scope on my AR15 ... would have thought it was just a few guys at the gun range if they weren't taking them out the door. Pretty decent guys, but they were doing their job. I put all the guns in two big cases and put padlocks on the cases, they legally just have to be in THEIR custody. I don't really want to see anyone playing with them back at the station! Looks like the Dept doesn't want to pay out the ass in fines and fee's so I think it's gonna swing the way of the cop :icon_bounce: I do have a grow going on, but I've got it sealed up tighter than a Tic's ass ... hidden room, they wouldn't have found that shit if they tried. I have an ashtray full of roaches in my room and the cop looked right at it, I also had a pipe sitting next to it! They didn't say anything ... I was impressed by their courtesy and understanding of the situation.

I'm still dickin with the fucking courts to get my CCW back, aswell as the charges officially dropped. Sitting on 'bond' formally, but am allowed to leave the state (by judge's order) ... I'm not sure how it'll all work out. Most likely, impaired driving (let's me keep CCW, since it's not a drug charge technically) ... but I'll be the state's Bitch even if I serve an hour of community service. Not happening! This is just for them to feel proud of themselves for arresting a legally gun totin' redneck from the Burg. Cop is officially discharged from duty, and I know a few guys that know a guy who has an older brother ... anyway, he's not doing much of anything right now. Funny ... his wife's pulling two jobs, I ran into her eating lunch one day. I didn't leave her a tip. For a city as big as this I never expected to see either of them again! Best part is I had to file a civil suit on the cop so my lawyer could subpoena some personal information (dick move, but hey ... use the legal system to my advantage?) But I talked to the Sheriff shortly after he was served, and I guess he thought the sheriff was kidding him and ripped it in half. Nope ... wasn't a joke :icon_confused:
