No one is born a bad person, they're made bad and untrustworthy. The CIA has taken over his life and his family. He doesn't know anything other than it now. But he was a great guy and im sure he does what he can to support his family, like any father/husband would.
Guns & Kids I GREW UP WITH GUNS AT TEN I SHOT M FIRST DEER I TOOK MY GUN TO SCHOOL & REFINISHED THE STOCK IN SHOP CLASS IT WAS KEPT IN MY CLOSET ...NOW THEY EXPECT ME TO LET THE COPS PROTECT ME...FROM WHO?.... ITS MY RESPONSABILATY TO PROTECT MYSELF,MY FAMILY MY COMMUNITY,AND MY RIGHTS....AND ITS YOUR RESPONSABILATY TO DO THE SAME .... AND THE SOONER WE TEACH OUR CHILDREN THAT & TO TAKE RESPONSABILITY FOR THIER OWN ACTIONS THE BETTER OFF WE WILL ALL BE AND ACCEPTANCE WE HAVE TO ACCEPT EACH OTHE FOR WHO AND WHAT THEY ARE IT DONT MEAN YOU HAVE TO AGREE WITH OR LIKE THEM WE JUST ALL NEED TO BE ON THE SAME PAGE:bong2: assit: :fly:
I love it. part of the reason they're releasing them is because california is still paying to house its own criminals. if the one thing I could do with my life would be to outlaw a privatized prison system, I'd die a happy man. it's not right to have everyone who commits a crime become slave labor for a corporation... that's in dystopia novels and movies everywhere. and guys, there's one way to make everything moot, wether ya got guns or kids or a tweak pipe. Don't. Get. Caught.
The problem is we, as MJ growers, and most law enforcement are on different pages. Herb and SyrStink- I agree. The solution is to not get caught....or to not grow MJ. (Unimaginable:icon_confused: ) But how do we remain activists for the cause of ending Prohibition while maintaining anonymity as a MJ user? It's a faustian choice at best. A- We go about undetected and unheard risking loss of freedom for a simple nonviolent act, knowing it will always be so. Or B- We stand-up and speak against prohibition thereby exposing ourselves to the enforcement officers for very laws we are hoping to abolish. Then I guess real question is this. What is more intolerable? The possible ramifications of being open and honest about oneself and unjust laws, or, keeping secret a good portion of your life from people who should be part of it? This sucks.
"Don't get caught" doesn't mean hide and remain silent Resin. It just means ya have to be smart. I like the idea of keeping my ass covered while spreading the truth to those I know personally. Yes...it's a tricky game, but one that we must play if we are to have any hope of changing the current system. That's where it starts IMO. We have to change the minds of mass people so that eventually there are many many voices to be heard and not just a few. I've changed minds of friends and family simply based on the fact that I did not fit the governments account of what a pot smoker is. That created conflict in their minds that in turn created a new awareness and understanding of just how they've been lied to. Would I walk up to a cop and declare what I do in private....nope. But I do open eyes of those I feel are ready for it. That's how I can make a difference.
Here here brother Herb. A toast to making that line we are all treading a bit wider in the coming year.assit:
So bad that Michigan considered housing some of California's prisoners in a prison in Standish Michigan that is set to close due to lack of funding. So bad that the feds came in a walked the maximum security facility thinking they would house prisoner from Guantanamo. We are so broke we would let them bring terrorist here. :roulette:
IMO, we're gonna make it. The real question is have we learned our lession. I love Barak Obama, but he seems to be a corporate centrist in a time that we need radical change in all sectors of American life; education, healthcare, immigration, the direction and focus of our overseas clandestine intelligence apparatus, finance reform, legalization/decriminalization of mj. I, for one, am a member of a website called change.org who is full of likeminded individuals who plan on holding Obamas feet to the fire on his campaign promises. I sign petitions at least once or twice a week online to decriminalize mj, get the justice dept. to REALLY investigate the Bush/ Cheney torture sessions and prosecute them fully, lowering the drinking age by allowing states that do so to continue to recieve federal highway funds. I plan on doing somthing to work within the system to enact change. If all else fails I'm not above breaking away from the "Empire" and exploring military options! I'm seriously thinking about getting togather w/ some likeminded individuals and forming a "Progressive Party" to add to the political scene to offset all those Southern Democratic Senators and Representatives who are IMO infiltrators from the other side, the other side not necessarily being the repubs. but the ruling class of this country who don't care who's in the whitehouse or what party's in power, they're gonna always be able to tip-toe through the raindrops that hit most regular people on a regular basis. They are the ones for whom the guillotine awaits!
Man, you're from the projects in Motown and you're scared of terrorists? I'm from the hood in M-Town and I'll be honest, I've seen someone get snitched on because they sold more "product" than someone else and that guys homies rolled through and shut down a whole block from "product" sales for a week, kind of like the Taliban did in the Swat Valley with little girls going to school. We got our own terrorists here already, so I'm not worried about terrorists escaping because if they put them in the middle of our hood and they got out they would be climbing the fence to get the fuck back into prison in less than 24 hrs. I promise you pimpin! Less than 24 hrs unless they plan on gettin their 72 virgins sooner rather than later!
My point wasn't that I was afraid. I am not your average Joe living in the burbs. I have a pack of pits and plenty of thunder sticks. Standish is a long way from my ghetto. I think it is funny that were so broke our local Gov. would sell out the peoples safety for some cash and people are so desperate for jobs here that they would accept it. Why don't they legalize Marijuana and tax it problem solved. assit:
There's the problem: "legalize Marijuana and tax it". Would you rather get caught with a 1/4 or failure to pay taxes? Who's going to make it hurt more? But the nasty whore.... You can take something to cure that, but with back taxes, that's another story. ~Kojak
leagalize man i think it should be not illagal in other words i dont feel it should be an issue at all and the gov souldnt have an opinion at all :bong2: assit: :fly: its un constitutional to prohibit or restrict anything that belongs to all people
