I was looking at the pictures of your LA. Did you defoliate it too? I'm asking because, well, I don't want to break your balls, but those leaves are WAY too small for an LA Con.

 

i defoliated all of em.... the LA is a bagseed... i have no clue what the genetics are. Your exp with LA could be a completely diff breeder. I found this in a bag from a friend who said it was LA. Plant is very healthy and vigorous

 

I understand that, just hoping you have a good one. It's a real nice smoke with a funky smell, and as far as I know DNA is the only breeder of LA.

 

thanks man i hope so too.... they have exploded in flower aft two round of deflooiation prior to flipping. I will post pics later when lights come on.

 

ok heres an update... Its only been 3 days since flipping to 12/12. I defoliated on the 14th and they exploded. I defoliated again today and will show before and after pictures below. The Lemonberry, Free Kush, and LA Confidential were fed the following... mL/gal


Hygrozyme 10mL


Extreme Serene 5mL (last feeding of this according to ROOTS feed schedule)


Trinity 15mL


HP2 5mL


Dyna-gro grow 1mL (needed a base nute as I dont like Roots Buddha Grow)


Dyna-gro Bloom 2mL (see above)


So we shall see what a combo of organic and synthetic will bring. The dyna gro is super concentrated and only need a few mL/gal. Plus I like that it has all 16 macro/micro nutrients plants require.


here are the ladies before and after defoliation. I may do one more minor pluck but we shall see as I took these back pretty good. But as you can see in the before pics they explode after defoliation.

Thank you so much.... your opinion is a respected one. I am very happy with the way these plants have progressed. Now we need them to be ladies... at least one of each hopefully 4 or 5 out of 6... I know I wishful thinking.

I love how bushy the LB3 is. Its a stout bushy plant. All of them have responded well to both topping and super cropping multiple times. I welcome any and all vibes for ladies GKers. Thannks for looking in everyone.

 

so I would like to ask what flowering times people have experienced with the Lemonberry and LA Confidential? Sannie's website says 8-10 wks for lemonberry. The DNA website say LA Conf. is a 45-56 day flower time.... WHAT?????? I hope mine is a girl if thats true....

 

Pheno dependent, LB is usually around 9 weeks.

My LB pheno's....1 8-9 weeks, 2 9-10 weeks 2 10 weeks.


My LA's 2 different pheno's, both 8 weeks but could go for 9.

so its been 1 wk in flower... the plants have taken off from the defoliation. look at all the new growth in just 3 days. i did a final and minor plucking today.


They were fed the following in mL/gal
