I am very happy with the frostiness on all 5 ladies. I really like the Dyna-Gro line. the most the feed schedule calls for is 5 mL/gal. Ive actually backed off from 4mL to 3.5mL on the bloom. I think the liquid bloom quanos and kelp as well as the catalyst from ROOTS has encouraged the frostiness. It will be interesting to see how clones from these perform in hempy and soil without the organics added.

 

ok here we go..... Day 38 of flower.... the plants are very frosty. Im just very worried about the weight. I put a couple of pics with a mini bic.

i am happy with the frost accumulation. Hoping it translates into sweet taste and aroma.

 

Hey BB214, The lemon berry will be done in 8 to 10 weeks. I found a 8 week strain in my last grow.


This is exactly what I do.


When you check the trichs and think they are ready to harvest, stop and let them go one more week. With the Hempy I feed heavy the last watering which is one week / 7 days before I chop.


The very next day I water again with just PH water all around the plant until I get some good drain off. On day three I pour at least 2 gallons of water through the perlight.( Those pots are the same ones I use. )


I continue to poor a gallon a day through them until day day. I cut on day 8.

I will keep that in mind when I put the three hempys into flower lol.... These are all in soil lol... I have 3 different phenos with the lemonberry. LB 1 is building the biggest buds, LB 2 has a high leaf to bud ratio and smaller kush like buds, LB 3 has the most bud sites and ridiculous frost, but smaller buds.

 

Everything looks very nice. Hey I'd be super happy to have plants that look like that! :goodjob:

Im still in my lil ole closet that measures 2' wide x 8' long x 7' high. It is divided into a veg area thats 2'w x 3"l x 7't. That veg area is broken into an upper and lower section. Upper section is for seedlings and cloning and lit with a homemade CFL fixture. The lower area is for vegging and is lit by a generic 400W MH and econo wing reflector. The flower cabinet is sealed off with a door and is 2'w x 4'l x 7't and is lit with a 600W Quantum dimmable digital ballast firing a Ushio 600W HPS enhanced bulb in a cool tube reflector. I have a Max-Fan 6" variable speed inline sucking air through the cool tube and out the sewer drain. I have a 6" axial fan attached to an 8"lL Fresh intake filter. Also have an oscilating fan that is also my redneck A/C for blowing the tops of the plants.


The upgrades were the Quantum/Ushio combo and Max-Fan and axial fan with Fresch intake filter. before that I had the chinese digital ballast and generic HPS bulb for flower and CFL for veg. I didnt increase yields at all after upgrading thats why I was disappointed

 

Dude remember im only in a 2'x4' area so the cool tube seems to cover it well. The environment is stable at 67 night time low, 75 day time high if even that, humidity is between 40 and 50%

 

Those are gorgeous my friend. You're gonna be well-stocked on fine frosty bud in time for xmas.

 

oh cool im glad the vid is still up... i also loose about a foot or so of space due to the intake fan and the oscillating fan, plus the ducting to the sewer drain. Thanks for the compliments on the set up. does the vid show the Quantum and 600? I forgot when I made the vid

Thanks buddy Im happy so far. Im sure if I went with bigger pots Id have bigger yield. We shall see what comes in the end. Next round I have vegging in 3 gallon pots for the soil, and the 2 gal pots for hempys
