You only got 4 plants out of 11 seeds that's not to good of a germ rate . But I guess thats better then none like last time & these where fresh seeds so what's up with that. Ok enough of the downer so the A plant has 4X the trich She looks sweet I had bubblelicious that was like that one full of trich one with very little. Well I wish I was there when you smoke each plant & see which one is best Great thread Grat so far MNS aren't to impressive with germ rate let's see how stable they are now.-Bud Merry Christmas

    Thanks Res, keeps getting better:fly:

HC - Thanks for keeping it real:thumbsup:

I can't disagree with your statement.

I didn't feel too badly about it this time because I tried a new method and temps were still low, even with the mat. 4 of the other seeds made a visible attempt but just didn't make it. One had only one cotyledon, one was clearly down side up...

I did germinate the rest of the La Niña seeds. I really wanna see what I'm working with and make some selections. While researching on the MRN forum, I found that La Niña germination has given some others a bit of trouble as well... I've got 7 more so far.

I really wasn't planning on keeping the El Niño around long after the comparison but that A plant might turn out to be ok. I'd rather not run feminized seed stock... But it's all about the High! We'll See.

I wish you could be here to sample too Bud!

Quote"4F2C0J - Oregonism XL page is linked in my sig. They do a better job of explaining but it's mycorrhiza spores and bacteria. Check out the link, it's great stuff. Seems to be different from your Root 66, I'd not known of it before. I'm also not familiar with "the recipe for success", can you fill me in or point me in the right direction? Thanks for the Kind words:thumbsup:"

Thanks man funny how we overlook stuff like that, next time at the Hydro store for stuff ill try it out sounds promising! So yours is a soil additive then like add it to the soil mix, right? Root-66 is a liquid fertilizer that you feed after transplant, in between feeding schedules, added to feeding schedule etc. The Recipe For Success was just a little starter kit that I got for some fertilizer additives but ran out of Fox Farm flowering fert. so I guess ill be trying tecnaflora flowering nutes next go along with the additives I have left.

Your grow is looking great, getting some nice nugs going soon to be nice BIG colas... GOOD STUFF, good stuff. The little ones look a good shade of dark green also!

    Hey man, no worries.

The Oregonism has a few application methods on the package but the short answer is no, you don't mix it your soil. I sprinkle the dry spores on my roots when transplanting and put a little in the hole. The Plants LOVE it. Transplant Shock is not a known term in my cab.

I've been using it this way for some time. But the real benefit came when I followed the recommendation and did a "root drench". Crazy as it sounds I didn't want to use so much product. The smallest container is the most expensive per unit and I was balking at the 2 TBS per Quart of water. Then I realized how stupid it was to not use the product to it's full potential. I also found that you can get it for a really reasonable price in larger containers on Discount-Hydro dot com.

    Not my pic.

Hey all I couldn't resist posting this pic.

It was posted by user L33t on the MNS forum. I don't think I've ever seen anyone display this level of photographic skill and dedication. I can't say enough about his pics. I'm posting this one because it's one of his La Niña "Hazy" pheno's that I'm hoping to get.

    Enjoy!

Again, Taken by L33t, posted on MNS forum origianlly.

    That's truely worth working for...

The one thing I'd like to point out is that that is a cured bud.

If I could grow like that and show the world the way L33t does, I'd probably just cease to exist. I'd be utterly satisfied and have no reason to continue.

Maybe a touch dramatic but it is a great calyx/pic.

Teamster6 - I'd love to be able to answer you but we don't talk about fight club. I mean, discuss gifts or trades. :smokin: I'll just work on growing the plants for now:thumbsup:

    We can only hope.

Damn Grat those are looking superb. Gonna be nothing but bud in a few weeks. As for the yellowing I don't think I would be too worried, but if it concerns you why not hit em with a little N one last time. How long you taking them?? Beautiful looking ladies!!!

    Useless Diogenes Reincarnate

So wait, I count 11 seedlings. I thought you said only 4 germed? Or did Bud and myself misunderstand? Did you germ 4 first, then the other 7? Because I thought only 4 of the 11 germed.

    Bit of premature yellowing there.

That plant A looks like it dieing kind of early you might want to give them some N . She is the frostiest maybe she is using up her nutes faster just a thought & no doubt she's going to be the keeper. Your cabinet must be full with all the seedlings & clones.-Bud

Very pretty plants, regardless of the early yellowing. Maybe a minor blast of N will keep them from sucking any more of it from the leaves. All you have to do is sustain a few more weeks . . .

I really like the "roundness" of the buds. So symmetrical and shit . . . I really enjoyed the pics. I really do enjoy looking at pot.
