Yeah, Obama raided dispensaries. His Justice Dept threatened banks that do business with MMJ. Holder was a bitch to us cannabis folks. Where did I ever deny any of that? You talk about straw man arguments but throw them around pretty liberally. What I stated was that the previous administration recognized state's rights pertaining to MMJ access. Even though he did horrid shit before we got him there, when Obama left office that was the status quo. It was a hard fight to get as far as we've come. And that was with an Administration and AG supposedly friendly to our cause. Now we have have an AG openly hostile to our cause for his entire political career. And you think that's some how ok and beneficial?

Session's position is to maintain the State legal MMJ status quo and increase prosecution on everybody else. that means state legal recreation users and all suppliers/users in illegal states. Me, Duc, you, MrG...everybody who sells, produces, or uses recreationally is at greater risk for prosecution. For me personally, as a med provider in a very restrictive MMJ state, it means I'm at greater risk of being popped and my clients are at greater risk of not being able to obtain their meds. Yay Jeff Sessions! Savior to all....except those of us who aren't blessed enough to already live in a nonrestrictive MMJ state. For us...it's fuck 'em. More cops.
