KP, we shall see...Hopefully by Wed. i can get the fan for my HID and put them under the 400W HPS to flower for a week before flipping. Thanks for the encouragement. BN, Thank you for checking in and noticing the Mg def. is doing better. Dix, thanks for the sympathy. I know yuo are rooting for me. Midnight, I appreciated the props. I am still a nervous wreck and will be untill i see buds. Thank You
Dang it man! CAN'T you MAKE them grow any FASTER!!??? :kidding: They are looking good. As soon as that PE is big enough to cut the top off, you should top it a few nodes down and root that top cutting and throw the main plant into the flower room. That's what I would do........... I think.:good job:
Same thing I suggested! But nobody listens to me! LOL...I BETCHA he will if YOU say, tho. Jeeez.... Dixie
Much love I've been watching this thread for about two weeks now since I was starting my own grow room. Felt real bad when I saw what happened, but lookin real good now. Hopefully I can get a pic up here soon of what I am rockin. Pretty sure I have an FI strain growing or some mix of FI anyhow.
Hey Rking Thanks for stopping by and welcome to GK. Lots of great people here to help you along. I highly suggest reading the FAQs as they gave me a great base to build on. I am curious as you mention possibly having an F1 strain, what strain exactly? Do you know the origin of your seeds or clones?
Awesome Yes I was referring to the Fucking Incredible strain. I retrieved about 7 clones about 3 weeks ago that were in various stages of growth. Four were seedlings, two were Burmese Kush and two were Midnight Kush. to say their roots didn't take. I was able too keep three alive, two of which were in the random seed packs (all were purchased from VISC) and one I was told was Fucking Incredible. As she is growing right now she defintley has some traits of a FI, but not to sure if she's a full bread. I transplanted them into buckets about two weeks ago from the party cups they arrived into my possesion inside. However these three shot up and I found myself having to transplant into 5 gallon buckets two days ago and two of them have headed back into shock. I'll get some pix up tonight hopefully and you can all let me know what you think. Real glad to be a part of a community I can ask questions. I want to ask so many of my friends, but loose lips sink ships, so my grow room is my secret oasis and often a frustrating puzzle at times. It'll be so worth it though in the end though.
Rking, Yes it will be more than worth it. Lik i said you have found a GREAT family of growers who love to help newbies like us succeed. I owe the success ive had so far to some wonderful people here... and also reading the FAQs... Thanks to these amazing people i was able to rescue my harden from near oblivion to flourishing bushes... not to mention they helped me to establish a very healthy garden in the first place... i believe that was a key factor to th success ill illustrate below... heres a representative pec of what my garden looked like two sunday nights go... and then this is what they looked like after chopping all the affected leaves and stems... and here they are exactly 14 day after getting gassed by OFF... SSH OGK 2...looking better after Mg deficiency... new growth showing no signs of it... affected leaves look much better now... OGK 3...Damn what a bushy lady... OGK 4 So THANK YOU ALL...You helped me save my ladies
THANK YOU RR, 3 and 4 are doing amazing and really are impressing me. i think i will be pleasantly surprised by what they end up yeilding. 2 and SSH are doing a whole lot better in the last 4 days... i wasnt sure SSH would actually make but she is now growing well. she will be a lil behind the rest i believe. 2 might be effected somewhat as she not only had the stress of being OFFED very badly she also had had the most severe Mg deficiecy.
Oh and here is a pic of my PE clone doing very well... and..... heres a new addition thanks to a friend... a tiny little G13 x Black Widow clone... Merry Early Christmas to me...
Wish I had me some friends handing out sick clone after sick clone. Lucky bastard... :thumbs-up::thumbs-up:
Man! That is a GRAPHIC example of just how tough and resiliant this little fave plant of ours truly is. Anybody seeing those poor babies would think they were goners....but in the "after" shots, we get to SEE just how quick thay can bounce back---with the proper care. This is a super post for all newbies who ever have a serious mishap--it brings HOPE to the desolate and broken of spirit! It's....a fucking Crissmus Miracle! LOL! Thanks, BB...your bad luck will serve MANY new growers for a long time to come. I swear to god, this should be re-titled, "A Christmas Miracle" and STICKIED. You done good, BB---and your Ladies thank you. Dixie, impressed all to hell.
JJB, its nice to have friends willing to share... this friend and i have developed a nice give and take help one another out kind of friendship... it was a chance meeting at a hydro store and the rest is history... Dix, thank you for the wonderful words... it is thanks to the members of GK for my ladies survival... everyone was so helpful all i did was follow their advice and viola... my babies are back and going strong.
You can take a little credit. Dude, you don't give yourself enough credit brother. Yes GK played it's part, but you took the information and put it into practice with positive results. Seriously I think most people would have scrapped their plants after an accident like you had, but you listened to advice (many people ask questions, then don't like the answers they get and do their own thing to their detriment) and nurtured those babies with you green thumb and viola you can't hardly tell that anything happened to them. :good job:
THANK YOU my brother... i intitially thought it was scrap heap... and it has been 2 weeks of anxious nervousness... but i finally believe they will be fine...
I totally agree with the Ras man. The reasom I KNOW you will be a very successful Grower is, you LISTEN and FOLLOW THRU. Those plants, LOL...yes, they looked pretty bad. BUT you didnt toss em--you saved em. YOU did that. And I am quite serious when I say that ultimately, they will be bigger, better and probably produce MORE because now you have a lot of pretty even colas. It's kinda like...they're going to REpay you for YOUR kindness...with a little something extra kindness of their own for YOU, their dad. It's a Karma kinda thing, LOL. They're saying, "Hey...he took care of US...now...let's take care of HIM!" (cant ya hear em? ) Dix
