NFL Season Begins Tonight! I'm so STOKED!

Dallas kicking some ass again this week! And the bills came out of nowhere. I looked and they were down like 21 points at somepoint. WTF

My new team for this year is the Jets! I like Mark Sanchez. I was a big fan of him when he played for USC. He's done well since coming into the league. So since my Cowboys are obviously going nowhere fast, I gotta root for somebody, so I pick the Jets. I've secretly been rooting for Mark and the Jets since he was drafted there.

That was a hard loss. Was a pretty good game, they really came alive in the 2nd half

 

and then they shit the bed when the game mattered most.

It wasn't pretty but it was still a win. Pats and Jets next Monday night for first place. For now anyway. I hope it's a good game. The Pats looked like my GK ID.


And I don't think you Cowboys fans have anything to hang your heads about. It was a tremendously entertaining game and you gave the Saints all that they could handle. The difference in the way they are playing is staggering.

As for the Cowboys, any increase in effort is far too little far too late to make any difference to the outcome of the season. I think the difference in their play is more about them keeping their high paying salaries and not getting Jerry too pissed off and he starts chopping heads of the players next. I will always be a fan of them but this season stinks. As hard as they played yesterday, we should have won that game but noooooo they blow it when they had the game basically wrapped up.

 

So....Panthers spend the entire season doing NOTHING but field goals for points. Then, they are down by one with 5 seconds to go within kicking range. What happens? THE FUCKING VETERAN KICKER MISSES!

If the Jets want to be taken seriously, they have to beat the Pats or at the very least, lose like 31-30 or some sBit like that. They have been pulling wins out of their asses. Even the Bengals game didn't prove anything because the offense sucked.


It should be an interesting game.

 

TONIGHT'S THE NIGHT!!! I wish I didn't have to get up at 4:30AM for work. The loss of Jim Leonhard is going to hurt the defense. I think the Jets have to outscore them tonight.


BTW, Dallas fans should be proud of the way their team is playing now. They could have laid down but they didn't.

 

I hope we don't play them. I know that's what most teams say about us but damn. If we were diff conferences it would make a SWEET superbowl every year or 2 but it makes one hell of a playoff game regardless. We barely limped away from the ravens in one piece.
