    Give it a try, you may be able to find it somewhere, but I can't fuck with illegal downloads or even risk searching those sites. THe ab ripper is on youtube though, it is just someone else following the video and you would have to follow them.


    Get the worksheet and google any exercise you don't know and bingo you saved 150.00. I bought mine on craigslist from some guy not even opened. You could tell it was, I'm going to do this and get in shape, but it sat in the corner.


    Shit works though, you can find the diet plan online as well. Stick to that and you will be tone. I do it every year before vacation or if we are knowingly going to a party (yea I want to look good at my old age :roffl: )

    That may change... I'm currently working with some badass IT guys at work that are into some crazy shit. Using some Tor based shit. Which is now a second generation of the stuff designed by the US department of defense's the onion routers, which is what TOR stands for, and even they can't crack them. LOL That's how the creator of the silk road was able to operate. They were trafficking TONS, I mean literally tons of drugs, people, buying murder for hires and all kinds of shit that could not be traced all funded by bitcoin, which right now is about a $800 USD to 1 bitcoin conversion. A solely electronic currency driven by both the Chinese economy and the blackmarket. Only reason the guy who ran the site got busted was because some hacker was threatening to oust the operator, a graduate of UT here in Austin TX. So he hired someone to kill the guy and the feds baited him in. They were trying to get him to agree to make a similar app and the dumbass responded to them using his personal email, then sent them packages with his actual adress on the shipping labels. Got too cocky, though the guy made millions upon millions and the feds could never even seize or confiscate his money so even once he gets out for the solicitation of murder he will be loaded.


    NSA ain't got shit on TOR for tracing it back to an individual. Sure anything on the internet can be viewed however they can't trace back to the origin. Pretty crazy.
