Anyone else get the warnings of a frost in the next few days, Sunday morn is when we are to be -1c (30f) to -2c in the country. I wonder if it'll be enough to start the purple colored leaves/buds coming.....


And we are to be below normal temps all the month of Sept, my old old native friend tells me, "snow to happen in Oct and be prepared for it to stay". Geese and other migratory birds are flocking now, about 3-4wks early. I dont want to believe him but......


what a bad thing I'll never get finished plants at less then 20c or not very potent.


maybe next yr an auto flower feminized seed started in late april outside by mid may flowering by early June and done by end of august. just how the hell do you afford a hundred feminized seed?

 

I wanted to get pics of our outdoor girls last weekend but camera is lost! Ughh. I am hoping that your temps stay up enough so you can grow those beasts out as planned. I have been meaning to tell you that Im in love with your pic of all your plants lined up looking like a forest of Christmas trees! Wishin you the best of luck!

I dont know if im being paranoid or what, but im worried at how far behind this strain is. I got 4 of these ones and it just seems to me that at 5 more weeks to go they should be a lot further along.





Heres a shot of that same slower strain but this one was potted and received a lot of bloom builder over the last 4 weeks or so... Shes got more bud than the big ones in the ground, but im still wondering why so slow?





Maybe this is why im thinking the other one are too slow. Maybe its just this strain is a faster one and will be done a few weeks ahead.. i dont know..








Now the reason im nervous about these plants is because i look at ChronicDons pictures he posted today and hes got monster colas already. I dont get it....

This shit sucks i lost my outdoor baby. Ohh well next year ill have 1-4 monster's in the woods. Dont know were or what strains but ill be doin it dont worry!

I think your buds look f&*in great. they look like will be more sugary then mine, probably thicker and fuller too. my colas are not fully buds, there is a lot of small leaf, the actual buds are small. I wish I had been out to get the pics I could have a better shot of how loose the colas really are. also I am using a climatized/regionalized strain. you have some funky strains designed by breeders in other countries and/or regions. I expect I should finish early and easily. how-ever I too am getting nervous. I dont think I have the time/warm sun to finish and get a sugar filled bud. When were yours first showing female genitalia? I started July 12 and then not finshed showing til July 25th.


I am hoping for a dry frost free september to get anything good.


As for mold I am figuring that since the breed is used to this weather/climate it should be resistant to mold.

 

I'll get all my when I go visit on harvest day, .


I just did a visit and they look great, just started preflowering. :thumbs-up:

 

everyone has very nice stuff going this season, im gonna post pics soon but my himalaya gold is just starting to bud ...very dissapointed to see such a late bloomer. Even Early pearl is late this year too.


its looking like im gonna be harvesting ep and hashing immature HG.

They still look good, another month of flowering will do them good.
