The whole mod thing. I can't grow right now, and probably for another six months. It has been almost two years since my last harvest and honestly looking at all the great grows we got going on makes me sad sometimes because of the smoke I miss! I've got Accidental Haze and Some B348 Ready to be grown dammit!

 

So am I the only one around here that's not a mod? Seriously, it seems like there


are a bunch of mods here. Not that it matters one way or another but I own and ran a garden web site for two years, still own the domain name but took the site down because it was a royal pain in the ass to administrate. Too bad you can't grow, that really sucks man!

 

There are only like five active mods/admin.


Too bad you took down your site, but I understand the pains. My wife and I ran a website for a couple of years off of a home server that I had to maintain. We made a little money, but not worth the effort on top of our other jobs.

 

I didn't realize we were supposed to mention we were here.

Had to trim everything again today. The plan is to keep them about a foot below the horizontal fence board in the background. By doing this they should be the perfect size for not budding over the top of the fence.

 

it's a shame that having these plants getting 'too big' can actually be a bad thing.

Well, I completely bummed out right now. I noticed a couple of days ago that something was wrong with my beans. I finally had time to check things out this morrning and found the dreaded fucking borg on them. I can see the eggs when I use my jewlers loupe on them. They are right next to my mj plants! I inspected the mj plants and don't see any signs of them, BUT, my damned clones I took a couple of days ago started having the white spots also this morning, they also got a dose of the spray. I sprayed the living fuck out of everything with some Bayer Complete Insect Spray. I mixed up a triple strength dose and drenched them until they dripped. I'll be surprised if the mj plants make it with the amount I sprayed on them. Damned fucking borg! All I can do now is battle these fuckers!

 

Is the smell an issue?

 

Not yet but it's going to be if I make it that far and the damned mites don't fuck everything up.

Still doing battle with the mites. So far it doesn't look like the mj plants have been infested that bad. I am going with a four prong attack, the bayor stuff, malathion, some homemade insecticide and some liquid lady bug. I have only applied the first two so far, I'll keep switching it up until budding starts then all chemical controls will stop and only organic controls will be applied.

SEVINS dust is my cure-all for my outdoor girls, never had a SM issue, EVER, let alone any kinda bugs for that matter

 

Word. My grandfather used Sevin on everything. Hell...he even put it on his cereal. Sevin took care of mites, tics, everything that could fuck up a plant. Never saw his gardens succumb to pestilence. :thumbs-up:
