Use resins soil mix and put these in there..., https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B000...bage+seeds&dpPl=1&dpID=51kw0oed30L&ref=plSrch
They gave him a starter plant but this is the program. I think it's pretty badass because it gets kids involved in gardening http://bonniecabbageprogram.com/ Right now popping seeds for aquaponics system. Kids are stoked so are the wife and I. But I'll use res recipe, I got a bunch of worm castings, and roots organic nutes from hydro store laying around...I'm sure they hook me up when they here contest lol...worried about splitting
Splitting is usually caused by too much water too fast. The main problem I always have with any cole crop are the cabbage loopers, it's the same caterpillar that eats the buds around harvest. BT and DE will take care of them . If you see any moths/butterflies then use it. Good luck!
82 day sweet corn on the left, kentucky wonder pole beans on the right. Everything is on 60 psi water that I regulate down to 20 psi, then 1/4 inch drip tubing and then into 1 gph pressure compensating emitters.
Cheese Krush and Blue Chocolate that have been vegging in these same cups since September/October. They are about ready I think.
And planted peanuts and watermelons. i just need to get the irrigation in for the melons and this garden is on cruise control till harvest time.
I pulled the rest of the plants I had going in the veg garden. I kept pheno 10 and pheno 2 of cheese krush, dug them up and put them in the other garden. They should start revegging an about two or three weeks. Cheese Krush #10
And pheno #2 of Cheese Krush - This plant is seeded, I'm going to take the seeds and let it reveg in the ground.
And so much for having the veg garden on cruise control. As soon as I planted everything the weather turned to shit and stayed that way. Not one ear of corn sprouted, half of the beans were eaten and/or died, and all of the watermelons died. The only thing still going strong are the peanuts. I replanted corn and beans today so here we go, take two. It's like I have no fucking clue what I'm doing. I did make me a dibble stick out of some cherry wood I cut down though. rofl.
BB 214 Cheese. One of these flowered because I left it outside, it smells killer. All of them were on the brink of death (no ones fault - shipping and all that) and they are finally coming around. I'm really looking forward to seeing what this will do outside.
