The xbox streams media better from the pc and is controllable by ir which integrates better with home automation. We don't do it often do to other products on the market but if someone has one we can integrate it in alot better in that standpoint. That is the only standpoint other wise the PS3 hands down destroys the xbox360...DSP
I finally broke down and bought a PS3. I've been wanting one forever, but I spend too much $$$ on all my other hobbies, so the computer and PS2 have had to suffice. Got a hell of a deal though, new in box 80g for $190 shipped. Gotta love ebay. I can't decide what to get for my first games. I've played the shit out of GTA4, COD4 & 5 on PC, but I don't know how different the PS3 versions are. I've always loved the SOCOM series, so I'll probably pick that one up. UFC Undisputed is definitely top of the list. Any other suggestions?

I play Socom Confrontation a few times a week online. I play UFC Undisputed a lot more than id like to admit to. LOL Any EA sports is good. The new Burnout is supposed to be really good. I know "little big world" got great reviews but i havent played it. I love how you can browse the internet through your PS3. Im posting this message on my PS3 right now actually. I stick to Socom Confrontation UFC Undisputed GTA 4 EA NHL EA Madden and i actually love putting my old PS2 The Warriors game in every now & then. That game is sweet....exactly like the movie.
Holy shit...how did I go this long without a PS3? If you don't play games AT ALL, it's still worth buying. Media streaming is the shit. I can watch Netflix, HULU, and Youtube all from the PS3 menu, plus access any media that's on my computer. It was definitly worth hardwiring it, instead of re on WiFi. No lag at all. So far I've got GTA4, Call of Duty WaW, Gran Tourismo 5, Madden and NCAA 2009, Fallout 3, Rainbow 6:V2, SOCOM, Endwar and Assassin's Creed. UFC: Undisputed will be here tomorrow. Holy Shit! I pre-ordered Call of Duty: MW2 a little while ago. I thought I might get it a few days after launch since it was coming by mail, but I got it TODAY! It doesn't officially come out until tomorrow.

Hey! There's Skunky! I think I might finally pull the trigger on a PS3. I gave my PS2 away(3 months ago?), as I wasn't using it and you can't play online. I'll probably wait 'till after Christmas, but do you guys play Madden? Playing games on PC right now, I had a PS3 but eh it was cool but a money pit. Current game Dragon Age: Origins RPG. CODMW2 looks badass that's all I played on PS3 was COD, ill pick it up for PC after I finish this game I got now.
Just picked up the new CALL OF DUTY MODERN WARFARE 2 yesterday... Good game... kinda makes me feel sick after a bit from all the fast movement but ill get used to it like i did the last one. When you start the game a screen pops up and warns you that there is a mission that MAY DISTURB some people, and gives you the option to skip over it. All i can say is it involves terrorism at the most twisted level...when the mission starts you have a CHOICE to take part in it, or just walk along and watch. Just for the sake of my sanity i just walked along and didnt participate. Its not that fucked up, but when you really think about it, its kinda fucked if you enjoyed it. Its something that i could see happening in these crazy days we're living in.. THIS VIDEO IS A SPOILER OF THAT MISSION... DO NOT WATCH IT IF YOU PLAN ON BUYING THIS GAME. IT WILL BE BETTER TO JUST PLAY IT AS IT COMES.

Been playing MW2 since it came out. Was actually a nerd and went to the midnight launch of it. Was PISSED that the online servers were out yesterday, but gave me more time to mess around with the campaign. I've been a HALO diehard for years....this is my first COD game, and I LOVE it. I got it mainly because alot of my married friends that I dont get to see alot play it online all the time, so its like getting to spend time with old friends killing shit. I have also been playing forza 3 on xbox, thats another bad ass game

Anybody tried Assassins Creed II on PS3 ?? It is fucking addicting as hell, an absolutely awesome game.
Hell yeah Tronman, it was the only game that could get me off of Modern Warfare 2. I played it straight till I beat it. One of the most visually impressive game I've ever played. My wife would sit on the couch and watch me play, cause it was just like watching a movie. Can't wait for the next one. -tC
