Producing denser buds

we recently added a small ac unit to our setup, which was already moving a lot of air, but it lets us get the clones 10-12" from the 400w lamp and temps are flat 75F. we just turn off the unit during dark so temps stay mid 70s.


last time only the tops of my plants got that close, but now that they are jogged the whole thing will be uniform... i think JOG is the best way to grow a plant because of the lumens decreasing exponentially. makes the most sense to flatten it out.


too bad its only for clones..

 

A 250 would be over 60 watts per sq.ft which would be great if you could pull it off. You would need good ventilation and you would have to have an air cooled light. co2 would be a good idea aswell. A 150 with some supplemental cfl's would be a good option also. Hope this info could help.

Get 12 1,000 watt HPS lamps. you are guaranteed dense buds. I would also supplement with around 9,000 watts worth of halogen lamps. To keep temps under control in that size space, I would recomend using a 12" fan and a bucket of frozen fish. Also, using shredded newspaper and pencil shavings is best for a growing medium. Make sure you feed your plants a teaspoon of Tide fabric softener to make them smell and taste lemony fresh.

 

Oh, and make sure you burn a candle in there to add CO2.
