what's the point in profiling, you could step onto a plane in any American airport with a bazooka slung over your shoulder, and the checkin girl would say "have a nice day"........ the horse has bolted, it's all too little too late.
There was just a big stink in Las Vegas about the number of blacks stopped by cops vs the number of whites. Black stops were something like 27% of the stops while blacks are only 11% of the Vegas population. But then some city councilman pointed out that 38% of the violent street crime is in black nieghborhoods, so since there is more crime in those areas, there will naturally be more car stops. I don't see how its racist to stop blacks if blacks are doing the crime. I also don't see why its racist to stop arabs if terrorist are arabs.
its not realistic to say that because a handful of a people are terrorists, that the rest of the people could be terrorists too. Hey all, While there is a noticable trace of racism in Sylent's post(not the first time either), someone mentioned earlier (another post)that we should live the Golden Rule- i.e. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Everyone is offering (thinking) solutions based on only part of the problem without going to the root cause-i.e. WHat started all this crap in the first place? Be honest, and think for a moment before you go babbling on about what others have done before you. Look within yourself first, before you begin pointing the finger at everyone else. With that said, I say we all go over to Sylent 's house for some payback!!!! (just kidding....). Bong hits for everyone p.s. Ranchero- As far as cop stops go.... It was so bad here on the East Coast (stopping blacks for no reason) that most drug runners are hiring white college kids to mule for them...... I guess by the time the cops figure this one out, some high up Republican will admit that maybe treatment is the answer as oppossed to jail time for these wayward offenders. I gotta admit....... The FAR Right did one hell of a job.......
All current U.S. drug laws are based in racism (read The Emepror Wears No Clothes by Jack Herer). How else would you explain that federal sentencing guidelines are 4 x more strict for crack cocaine (preferred by blacks) than powdered cocaine (preferred by whites)? The reason blacks are percieved as being more criminally inclined is because they're stopped more. If they stop poor white's they find just as much crime. And once blacks (and a few other minorites) are in the judicial system they are more likely to be convicted, and sentenced to jail time than white's convicted of the same crime. In fact, the biggest dealer of illegal drugs in the U.S. is the U.S. The republican administration under rrr (when daddybush was veep) traded weapons to terrorists (the contras) in exchange for tons and tons of cocaine during the 80's, (when mj decriminalization was the watchword in many states). cia planes full of weapons would land in Honduras and be given to the contra's (against international law and in violation of laws to which the U.S. are signatures) and load up cocaine, where it was flown back to cia Langly A.F.B (no inspections). From there it was funneled to people like L.A.'s Freeway Ricky Ross, who made millions, and created the 'crack monster' which re-vitalized the w.o.d. Fact is, if rrr hadn't been elected, mj would probably be legal to-day. But daddybush (head of the cia before he was veep) conspired with the Iranian militants to keep the U.S. hostages in captivity until after Jimmy Carter was defeated (the Paris Surprize). So, instead of Carter (who pushed for mj decrim) we had the monumentally inept rrr and a huge new w.o.d. to combat the problom that they themselves were creating. They're very cleaver, as the truely evil often are.

Why am I a racist? Ive been called that but no one has been able to answer why? And what does this have to do with racism anyway? The whole point of this post was A: to point out that im sick of liberals calling feds racist for spying on mosques, and B: its not racism because being a muslim isnt being a race. your not born a muslim, its your choice to be a muslim. You wanna know why crack is more punishable than coke? Because crack is a much worse problem. There are more crack addicts than coke addicts, its easier to OD, more people get killed over crack than coke, crack is easier to conceal and sell and theres a much larger market for it in the ghetto and cities. Liberal Hollywood! yes ladies and gentlemen, those lovely liberal loudmouths of TV land do more coke than anyone, and if the laws were stricter then liberal hollywood would all be in jail. Shall i give you the run down of hollywood bigwigs that got busted and released from 1992-2000 alone? And who supports liberal hollywood you ask?? The Democrats. When it comes to drugs i believe there should be both jail time and treatment. the problem with treatment tho, is that it doesnt work. Forced treatment almost always fails. the person has to want to quit and for most people, the only way to get them to want to quit is to threaten with taking away there freedom.
