you tried scrogging them during your summer runs? It gives you more smaller colas so less chance of mold. just a thought
i cant veg in the tent. Ive always got 11 plants vegging in the veg box while the other 11 flower. I need to acheive 6 crops a year.
make your own screen for each plant..like the green rounds I use. Just get some welded wire from hardware store and cut it to fit Couple stakes and your done
the veg box has restricted height of about 3 feet. I cant even get the final pots in there. I have to transplant right before flowering. The good news is ive stuck my head in there today and all looks well and they apear to have put some nice weight on
Timber! Well I went to water them on Saturday and guess what? Yup, molds back and inside the big colas, so nothing else for it, they got chopped at 6 weeks. 6 weeks will do. It will smoke fine just wish i could have got a little more wait over the week or two. I caught this mold early so when i cut the buds open there was minimal damage. I scraped out the effected areas on the 2 buds that had it and left them to dry out. If id checked these a day or two later it would have been a different story, id have lost quite a bit. So all in all im quite happy. I have shit loads of weed and i can stick the new lot in this weekend and not have to worry about humidity again this summer! :thumbs-up: So here they are just before i watered (thats why they look a little droppy). These next to are the two main colas on the NL * SK. The NL grows spears and looks as if it should yield more than the G Bomb. After trimming though in not too sure. It is the better smoke of the two though. This is a G-Bomb cola. These things just grow in balls, lots of rock hard balls all over the plant. 100% indica. Massive thick leaves, Dark green and golf ball nuggs. Thought id take a pic while i was sorting the plants out before trimming. Give you a little look at the plant structure. And heres the end result. To the left is the NL*SK, top right is super bud and super cheese (cheese was a great yielder) and bottom right is NL*SK
Mold fucking sucks! to hear about the forced early harvest. Who knows what the yield of that NL could have been closer to actual finishing time...
Exactly 15 oz. I will get 20 out of this setup eventually!!! Once dry them buds didnt half shrink. If only i could have gotten another two weeks to beef them up
Well ive smoked them all now. By far the NLxSK is the best. It gets you mullered The cheese is also good, just taste abit harsh. G Bomb is murrrh.
I wasnt really going to log this grow, but its the start of week 4 and i thought id throw something up! full grow, super cheese are the two center plants. Very sativa and stretchy. Its going the distance soon. Cant be fucked with these tall, slow to flower plants. I took the cheese out so we can see everything else!
Heres week 5! OK ive taken these pics on a phone, hence the quality is shit! Actually these pics are so shit im not posting the rest!!! Anyway, its week 5 all the plants are full of bud and its just a waiting game for them to thicken up The Super Cheese is why too sativa for this op. Both the nl x sk and g bomb finish in 8 weeks. The super cheese will go 10 to 11 weeks. I aint got time for that shit. Ive got some clones vegging now, but after them the super cheese is gone!
