Explanation with pics. I can oblige that request. The soil I am using currently is Master Nursery Gardener's Gold Potting Soil. Which is composed of: And I added some Dr. Earth Dry Fertilizer to the potting soil. Which is composed of: Plus I added some additional Dolomite Lime. That is what I call my Super Charged soil. So far it's working nicely. As for the pre-flower identification here are a few shots of my Lemonberry Pre-Flowers. I made them large so you can clearly see the little tiny pre-flowers. First the Females. Now the Males. Hope that information is interesting and useful to you and anyone else that was curious. :thumbs-up: asssit: opcorn-2:

really nice shots Those are excellent shots for preflowers. EVERY single noob needs to see those pictures...could save time/money/stress/TIME and MONEY!
Thanks for the compliments on the pre flower pics. I just obliged a request. I'm glad they are clear and helpful. Heres an update on the Lemonberry plants. mrsganjah and I transplanted them into their 2 gal. pots, I will put them into 3 gal. pots to flower but I need to buy some more. So they went from 1 gal. pots to 2 gal. pots. They were getting hungry having expended most of the nutrients in the 1 gal. pots now, so I added some extra Dr. Earth to the soil I used to fill i their new pots. They should like that. They are short and bushy for the most part. Some seem very Indica in appearance and growth structure and a few have just slightly longer fingers on their leaves and a little more serration on their leaves. For the most part though they are pretty uniform, except for the runt which is finally coming around slowly. I've been busy and I will be taking clones soon, and I am going to go ahead and let them get a bit bigger before I will flower them. Coming along nicely though. :thumbs-up:
:roffl: I'm sorry Resin, I know it sucks what you had to do to your grow. You can at least rest assured that you're still a more proficient grower than I am, you're still MY hero! :thumbs-up:
Yeah..and don't you ferget it kid!:roffl: :roffl: I think you're overstating my abilities bro. I be a dirt farmer who doesn't understand half the shit you guys are doing. Nice grden btw!
Fabulous looking tops Ras! Hope you have some of that LB ready, cured and all rolled up come MnG time...hehe! Any clue as to why you're showing such discoloration down low on a few plants? What have you introduced other than that killer looking soil and Dr Earth? JJb
Hey Ras, looking very nice my friend. I wish that soil was available up here ! BBT:thumbs-up:opcorn-2:opcorn-2:
It's because, as I stated above, they were getting hungry due to being root bound in their 1 gal. pots and they had sucked up most of the nutes that were in the soil. When I transplanted them a couple days ago I added more Dr Earth to the soil. They will explode again with dark green lush growth. Once they go to flower they will start getting General Organics line of Bloom fertilizers.
Finally Another Update! So I have finally gotten around to doing something with the Lemonberry plants. Today I took 2 clones from each of the 7 girls. They got labeled with their numbers as did the clones. They will be going into the flowering room either tonight or tomorrow night. When I was messing with them I got the distinct aroma of sweet lemons from at least a couple of them. I really hope that that smell comes through in their buds. Here are a bunch of pics of them before and after I topped them today and the clones. #1 #2 #3 #4 #5 #6 #7 The group after being topped. The clones chillin in their dome home. So there they are! :thumbs-up: asssit: opcorn-2:
Yes I did and they are great examples. What Ive discovered tho is, my eyes are just not able to see em EXCEP ti the macro picture, NOT in my grow room. Oh well. Good on ya, Ras Man!
Thanks Bud! :thumbs-up: Update Time! The Lemonberry girls are about 1 week into 12/12 and are looking good. Varying degrees of stretch and some of them are starting to look quite different from on another. They are just feeding on the nutes in the soil and probably won't start getting any additional nutes for a coupe weeks at least. I snapped a couple shots without taking them out of the room. Next time I will take them out and get good individual pics so you can see the distinct differences in them. Here they are though, enjoy....asssit:
