whilst talking about the cultivation of Cannabis is in itself legal and the sale of seeds are legal in the UK the combination of a seed bank and growers forum on the same boards is a very grey area as recently seen in Canada and the events surrounding OG/ CW


I suspect the reason why RC was pulled in was because of his support for illegal seed production in the USA & Canada and avoidance of taxes and false invoicing , by he own actions he invited the law man in , I have no intention to put the community of Hg420 at risk and it is for this reason I have dropped some seed vendors from my seed bank I will only deal with seed companies whom can supply a legitimate tax invoice and operate in seed friendly country This will ensure that my business is completely free of criminal activity and therefore not open to investigation .


The reason I am closing the help desk


I have a head shop , I sell bongs pipes and scales these items are completely legal in the UK for sale , however if someone walks into the store and ask for a good bong for smoking bud and our staff say “this bong will blow your brains out” the person selling the bong is committing a criminal offence , the same applies to seeds , whilst its legal to own seeds its illegal to grow them and if a customer indicates that he/she want to grow pot we have to refuse to sell them !! it now seems that the same rule applies for transaction made over the internet


The future of Hg420 ;


The reasons I have taken such drastic measure is to ensure the future of Hg420 as a resource of free information and cultivation , I shall continue to support Hg420 but will no longer answer questions relating to purchases, payment methods or shipping ,

Haha.. thats funny man. I honestly believe that you can use bagseed and grow perfectly fine marijuana my friend. I have seen some amazing weed that was unknown... I just wish I could grow right now fuck the seeds.. I can find quality seeds in BOMBIN mid grades around my town.

 

i agree sensi. i grew some bagseed once and had magnificent results. its all about luck of the draw (genetics) and location/environment and 100,000 other factored in variables.

 

Couldnt of said it any better myself AGG. If this does anything maybe it will develop some new strains inside of america locally. Growers are going to have to do something now... am I correct? This may include crossing for their first times .. i dont know just a slight better outlook on things i guess

 

Now is the time to create your own strain, and share it with the world. Sending beans is not as bad as recieving them in my opinion because you can mail things anonymously. The recipient is always at risk. Anyhow, adhering the subject matter, Yes, now is the time once again for American growers to show that we do not need outside breeders and euro-help from bean dealer rip-off artists to maintain integral strainbases. We can develop our own, and share it to others to cross and integrate into their own grows. Now is our time to prove we dont need to use other countries as a crutch to build our strains, seeds, etc.

 

Or we can just keep using the dutch companies?


I think I'll make me up some seeds if there is a next grow for me.
