How is the little one adjusting to her new school and surroundings? She is a cutie and sure she will have loads of annoying teens to come hang at your house in NO time. Had all girls, RR is right with those new developments and children. Wait till she is ummm 14? Ohhh the fun will begin!! Will send you the "how to survive raising a teen girl" handbook. My favorite on was "Mom, I hate you but please take me to the mall"...hehe J/K....some are less hormonal then others, tomboys are easier. Prissy ones not so much..lol

I think Im one of the only full-on basement/100% masonary room growers around GK, dunno..........your guna LOVE the ability to have perfect temps all year round no matter what


I know you already thought of this but........have them add certain extra outlets on separate breakers in your "AREA"........possibly a separate defined exhaust HOLE or line to go outside your new home, just some things that would make it "plug n play" for you
