I'm positive he won't win his battle on the cannabis industry. No doubt about it. The genie is out of the bottle and won't be put back again. It's the damage he does while he tries that's the problem. Years of legislative progress that protects our industry are being challenged and it could take years to get it back. Without those protections cannabis producers will be at greater risk until they're restored. But there's no way he actually wins in the end. Simply not happening.
