Nice dude. I am a fan of the SD myself.:droooling: I have 2 SD crosses in flower and both are great yielders and quite resin covered themselves, though nothing like your SC. Is that plant still in flower? Post harvest pics when you do chop. :good job: Love that avatar pic btw. Hahahaha
Nooo... if I confused ya with all the pics. That SC isn't mine (shit I wish!!!), it was grown by a friend of mine and that budshot from the plant earned him Pic of the Year. He then decided to do a little pollen chuckin' on his SC, hit a cut of her with Super Silver Haze pollen, and I am running two of that SC x SSH cross. I put that bud shot up there to show you what the buds of my babie's momma looked like. Likewise, the Lemon Larry pic is what the momma of the other cross looks like. :bong-2: Hope that clarified it for you. asssit:
A few new pics Just a little update... The SourCali x SSH are at 37 days with one female and 1 male. The 2 older LarryBerry are at 27 days and both female. There's a younger LarryBerry at 15 days, no gender indication yet on that one. Group shot - SC x SSH in the back, female on the left, male on the right. Older LarryBerry in the front and the young one in the center. SC x SSH female: SC x SSH male: The LarryBerry bunch: A little LarryBerry preflower porn: asssit:
The little LarryBerry in the center showed me her naughty bits today... Yes, I said HER naughty bits. 3 LarryBerry girls and 1 SC x SSH girl. Should be nice in the cab come October....
Wow you have a great camera! Nice plants too! I love that DARK DARK green. It makes my mouth water for some reason. hahaha no joke.
Thanks Dan, my camera is a Fuji FinePix S1000. 12x zoom, macro, super macro, all kinds stuff. I've not even begun to figure out how to use all of its features... lol I like it though. Can't remember exactly what I paid for it but I think it was about $300 USD at Wal Mart. Glad ya like the plants too! Thanks for the kind words man, hope you'll stay tuned!
Today, when the lights turned off at 6am, the first 12 hour dark period for my ladies began. So, we're off to the races! The male SC x SSH has been topped, pruned into something less conspicuous, and taken outdoors to begin flowering. The change from 18/6 in the cabinet to the natural photoperiod outdoors should get his juices flowing, and since the days are getting shorter now he should go ahead and flower on out. I will collect a little pollen to selectively hit a couple branches on the female SC x SSH for some F2 beans. The female SC x SSH has been topped down a couple nodes and had a gentle pruning, and is already starting to bush out more than she already was. I think she's going to resemble a big frosty octopus when it's all said and done... lol Looking forward to seeing these girls do their thing!
Few new SC x SSH shots, day 8 of 12/12 Here's a few shots taken last night when the lights came on. Day 8 of 12/12. Group shot: SC x SSH She's starting to throw a few pistils: :bong-2:
So, I can't help noticing that nobody has posted any replies to my last update, and, to be honest it's a little disappointing. Is anyone even interested? I'm not gonna waste my time posting any more pics if there isn't going to be any participation from the community. I truly enjoy sharing with you, and will continue to do so if people are going to participate and show interest, but if nobody cares, what's the point?
I missed out on your last update Doob, been kinda busy with rebuilding my PC. The girls are looking extremely healthy though and should produce some nice bud porn in the upcoming weeks. I don't know what's up with the lack of replies but don't take it personal, shit happens sometimes. asssit:
Threads get buried quickly up in here. Your plants look amazing man, super green and super bushy! Can't wait to see how the buds turn out.opcorn-2:
They sure look awesome to me! What size pots are those? They look strikingly familiar to me, just like the ones I use. Keep up the good work dude :thumbs-up:
Doob. Sometimes folks look and post, sometimes they look intending to go back and post then forget to (like me), sometimes they look enjoy then move on. That's life here in Mayberry. I was going to mention the nice pedi you have but was interrupted and forgot to come back to it. Who does your toenails? cheers,
Hey all, thanks for the replies. I was really starting to think nobody cared... Lol I took some new pics last night and will share them with you guys this evening after work. Hey virago, believe it or not those are 1 gallon buckets, I scored them from the dollar store... Lol I thought they'd be a good size to veg in, boy was I right! Lol. They're definitely due for a transplant now, however, and that will happen this weekend. They'll go into some 3 or 5 gallons to finish out. Lmao @ RR... I have my very own pedicurist, you want her number?
